Commission Workflow

Commission Request > Sketch > Payment > Rendering > Polishing > Finished

Terms of Service

  • Mode of Payment: PayPal thru invoice (Currency: USD/PHP)

  • Prices are tentative depending on the additional details requested and the complexity of the work.

  • Payment first before I proceed to the illustration after the sketch approval.

  • The commission request will only be accepted if you provide enough references/character sheet. I won't draw based on words only. If you don't have a character sheet, screenshots of the character from different angles will do.

  • The commission process takes 1-2 weeks or more after sketch approval and full payment. It may take longer depending on the complexity. (I am still studying in college, so please do not rush me. I work at my own pace.)

  • Refund is strictly prohibited.

  • The commissioned artwork will be for personal use only. No profiting off my work unless we discuss it further for commercial use.

  • I will give updates at every stage of the commission workflow.

  • The final products will be sent with Google Drive.

  • Sometimes, I will upload the artwork on Twitter but in lower quality and with a watermark stating "commission". You can ask if you want me to post it on my own or you'll be the one to post it.

  • Put credits if you will use or upload the artwork. (optional)

  • I hold all the rights of the commissioned artwork.

  • Contacting me for a commission request indicates that you agree to all of the Terms of Service above.

Canvas Size

2000 to 4000 pixels, 600 dpi
(Landscape orientation will cost more)
- Custom size/ratio is ok!Recommended:
- 1 : 1 (4000 x 4000)
- 4 : 3 (4000 x 3000)
- 16 : 9 (4000 x 2250)

Final Products:

.jpg + .png + (transparent, no background) .png + .psd

Commission Types

Portrait = $30+
- Portrait orientation only
- Either no background or just simple background
- Close-up / Shoulder-up / Bust-up

Character Illustration = $50+
- Ranges from "Half-body" to "Full-body"
- Can be Portrait or Landscape orientation
- Simple Background
- More options for angle, and pose/action

RKGK = $5 - $30
- rakugaki/quick doodle/sketch
- anything you want me to draw, like... anything (except DON'Ts but we can discuss about it)
- straight to drawing, no need for sketch approval
- possible to finish within 48 hours after payment
- little to no rendering or clean-up but I'll try my best to make it look good

Note: All prices shown are the starting amount. The final cost will be decided after the sketch is approved.
